Bambi

The story of Bambi is of a young deer that is born and has the same childhood as any other young deer. He doesn't know that he is the son of the Prince of Forest and soon finds out that even at an early age that he has a lot of responsibilities. Man has come to the forest and is theating all the lives of the animals that live there. Even Bambi is almost tricked when he thinks Faline is calling him but its really a hunter. He must try and save the whole forest when it is being destroyed by Man and finds that the friends he made growing up are very helpful to have when they are needed most.
I really enjoyed reading this book because it was funny and sad and it kept me wondering what was going to happen next even though I've seen the movie many times!!! If you ever have a chance to read this book don't pass it up.
This book recieves FOUR stomps because of the author's ability to give descriptions and make me feel like I'm one of the animals living there and seeing all this. This book made me laugh a lot as well as feel sad when terrible events happened.
